• Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
• Due to the nature of fine jewelry, colors and details in photographs may vary slightly from the actual product
• Diamond and gemstone specifications (carat weight, color, clarity, etc.) are described based on GIA or equivalent certification
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices

Jewelry prices can fluctuate based on the market value of precious metals and gemstones. We honor the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

Website inquiries and previews do not create an order or guarantee inventory, pricing, timing, sourcing, or acceptance. A purchase or service order is created only after Premier Jewelers confirms the details and applicable terms with you.

• Availability and final pricing are confirmed by the store
• Payment methods and any financing terms are confirmed before payment
• Repair estimates may change if inspection reveals additional work; we will seek approval before material changes
• We may decline or cancel a transaction because of availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons

We may contact you to verify details before accepting a high-value purchase, repair, or special request.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are not guaranteed by information shown on this website. If shipping is available for a transaction, the carrier, cost, insurance, signature requirements, destination, and estimated timing will be confirmed with you before payment or shipment.

• Customers must provide an accurate and secure delivery address
• Local pickup details are confirmed directly with the store

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item and transaction. The store will provide or explain the applicable policy before purchase. Do not rely on a website preview as a return authorization.

• Keep the receipt and all transaction documents
• Altered, engraved, sized, worn, special-order, or final-sale items may have different restrictions
• Repair and service charges may be non-refundable once work is authorized or performed

6. Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme heat, or other damaging conditions
• Loss or theft (we recommend insuring your jewelry)

7. Custom Orders

Special-request, altered, engraved, sourced, or made-to-order jewelry is subject to transaction-specific terms. Premier Jewelers does not represent that such pieces are manufactured in-house.

• Availability, sourcing, specifications, deposits, timing, and final price must be confirmed by the store
• Changes requested after approval may affect timing and price
• Cancellation and return eligibility will be stated before payment

Any applicable warranty will be stated in the written transaction documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Premier Jewelers Hoang Vi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
