Ring sizing & setting care
Ask about adjusting the fit, checking a loose stone, or repairing worn prongs. We need to see the piece to recommend the work.
Jewelry repair in Houston
Keep wearing the pieces you love.
A ring that no longer fits. A broken chain tucked away in a drawer. Bring it in and let’s talk about what it needs.
02
Chain & clasp repair
Bring the chain and any loose parts. An in-person look helps us explain repair options and the next step.
03
Cleaning, polishing & rhodium
Ask about removing buildup, refreshing a finish, or rhodium plating for suitable white-gold pieces. The right approach depends on the metal, stones, and condition.
Before you bring it in
A little preparation. A clearer conversation.
No need to diagnose the problem yourself. These details help us understand the piece and what you want to change.
Bring the whole piece
Include a broken clasp, loose stone, extra watch links, or any other parts you still have.
Tell us what changed
Point out the fit, damage, or finish that concerns you. Mention previous repairs or treatments if you know about them.
Ask before you decide
Discuss the proposed work, total estimate, expected timing, and whether a specialist is needed before authorizing service.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during store hours: Monday through Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM. If you’re making a special trip for a particular piece or service, call (281) 955-6855 first.
How much does jewelry cleaning or repair cost?
The price depends on the piece, its condition, and the work needed. Bring it in and ask for an assessment and estimate before authorizing a repair.
Can every piece of jewelry be polished?
No. The appropriate treatment depends on the metal, gemstones, finish, and condition. Delicate, plated, antique, or damaged pieces may need a different approach. Ask us to take a look first.
Can you fix my watch while I wait?
Timing depends on the watch and the service. Call ahead or bring it in; we’ll discuss what’s needed and the expected timing. Same-day service isn’t guaranteed.
