Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during store hours: Monday through Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM. If you’re making a special trip for a particular piece or service, call (281) 955-6855 first.
How much does jewelry cleaning or repair cost?
The price depends on the piece, its condition, and the work needed. Bring it in and ask for an assessment and estimate before authorizing a repair.
Can every piece of jewelry be polished?
No. The appropriate treatment depends on the metal, gemstones, finish, and condition. Delicate, plated, antique, or damaged pieces may need a different approach. Ask us to take a look first.
Can you fix my watch while I wait?
Timing depends on the watch and the service. Call ahead or bring it in; we’ll discuss what’s needed and the expected timing. Same-day service isn’t guaranteed.
